Simply click on the icon on the top right corner of our website.  You will be prompted to Run (or perhaps Open) or Save a file. Click on Run. It will temporarily download a small file. When that file is downloaded it will ask you what to do with this file.  It will again ask to Run or Save. Click Run again and it will say “Connecting to Rescue Gateway”.  Then you will get a screen that asks you if you will allow desktop sharing, click on Yes and we can now see you desktop and fix your problems remotely.
