Remote Desktop

As many of our customers have come to find out Oxford Network Solutions has a great tool to solve your PC problems remotely in a matter of minutes. With our Remote Desktop support icon on our website we can connect to your pc and fix many problems in a matter of minutes, without having to come out on site. You can see it in the top right corner of your screen now.

It looks like this:

It saves you time and money, since you get back working as quickly as possible and do not have to incur any on-site service charges.
Simply click on the icon on the top right corner of our website.  You will be prompted to Run (or perhaps Open) or Save a file. Click on Run. It will temporarily download a small file. When that file is downloaded it will ask you what to do with this file.  It will again ask to Run or Save. Click Run again and it will say “Connecting to Rescue Gateway”.  Then you will get a screen that asks
you if you will allow desktop sharing, click on Yes and we can now see you desktop and fix your problems remotely.
